So many of us are running around being very 'busy' for much of the time and yet feeling inefficient.

We live in a constant sea of incoming emails, notifications, things to organise, things to respond to, things to decide about.... it can be overwhelming and exhausting.

We're juggling often multiple roles within our lives, busy or chaotic workplaces OR needing to self-motivate if you work from home or run your own business or side-hustle.

We know all the things we're meant to do re downtime and rest and staying healthy but often those things end up being just another item on the to-do list or something else to feel guilty that we're not doing 'well enough' or even doing at all.
