Here’s one important thing I’ve learned about mindset over the last ten years:  we are all incredibly good at getting in our own way and not taking action at times!
 
We can be interested in or curious about something, but then perfectionism or small niggles or fears can stop us from exploring that avenue any further.
 
Without doubt, when it comes to anything involving reaching out for help, support or to engage with someone we don’t yet know, we are often masters at putting the brakes on ourselves!
 
This particularly applies to high-achieving vets who often feel they should be able to handle all that life throws at them without any help.  
 
The effect?   Barriers are created between you and actions that have the potential to seriously fast-track your success and help you become the happiest version of yourself.
